      Cons

      Constant rehauls at c level CRO recruited in January with ill repute in industry around bully culture and objectification of women. Vetting process amiss by CPO leading to toxic hire to exemplify a sometimes toxic culture at Rithum.

      As they buy and sell companies, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects to improve whatever the area you work on. You can learn a lot.

      Cons

      When hired, I was offered equity as a huge part of my total rewards. The company I worked for, owned by insight partners, was recently sold for billions and the equity payment process was completely obscure and dishonest, ending up paying peanuts to equity "holders". Do not accept or count on equity as part of your total rewards if this company offers you a job.
