Pros

Great people, nice office and pretty flexible

Cons

There's a lot. First off there's a super high turnover rate, so don't get attached to anyone. This all falls on the "boss" who is unrealistic with demands and expectations, super emotional and gets agitated quickly. Although the office has lots of fun stuff (air hockey and cornhole boards), he makes it uncomfortable to use. The open office has a great feel until you realize he's just staring at you most of the day to make sure you're not goofing off or having fun. He will put you in odd situations, then discuss what happens behind your back to other employees. When you decide to leave, he will take it as if you're a traitor and completely ignore you for 2 weeks.

Pros

Always something new to create, good coworkers (just don't get too attached, quick turnover), and fun work culture.

Cons

If you work a role that I had you will be swamped day in, day out, with no help. When you bring this up you will be ignored, and told that you are not the only one doing this job, that there are several people capable of doing it - but you'll be doing it alone. Feedback is nonexistent, at least constructive feedback isn't. Instead of being given the feedback I would be ghosted, and find out that the CEO "didn't like it", and redid it himself. The CEO is way too involved and throws himself into projects late into the process which pushes the process back. In the time I spent on the team, no one was fired but quit or was let go of, and immediately cut off from the team within minutes. They keep the staffing under 50 people so they do not have to keep up with severance laws.

Pros

Office is great environment for work, snacks out and all. If you have ideas here, you have the opportunity to bring them to light. Perfect place for a go-getter and someone that loves rolling up their sleeves. Loved the people I worked with, lots of smart personalities.

Cons

Lack of formality/process can cause hiccups down the line in projects. Fortunately management and production team are incredibly helpful, understanding, and help you put out any fires quickly.
