Pros

Lots of discounts coupons

Cons

This has been the worst professional experience that I have ever had in my entire career. Myself and my colleagues are constantly mistreated by the manager, who is completely rude and whose only job is to micromanage everyone in the team. There is no respect for personal time after work, since not only they make us work 1 or 2 extra hours per day, but also we are expected to pick up the phone at late night hours. There is no training in place, their projects are a complete chaos with their customers. I can't wait to be gone

Pros

Working with great clients and some nice people

Cons

Cliques, NEPOTISM, poor management, lousy pay, favouritism, promises made to clients by account leads who get bonuses when crazy deadlines are met but no bonuses for the studio who are pushed into overtime to make the deadlines happen

Pros

There are a few nice and normal people that worked there that make it bearable, for a little while.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. You could have 10+ years of experience and an 18 year old fresh out of sixth form will be promoted over you because they’re a directors son (and this position was never even advertised). Senior management will approve of you if you’re pretty, petite and young, with an airhead attitude. Relentless flirting happens all the day between senior managers and young female members of staff, which is beyond creepy. No complaints are ever made or actions taken as it’s ran like the mafia. The whole of ITG operates like a high school with gossip and constant backstabbing. I have never in my life worked at such a toxic and unpleasant place. If you value your own mental health, do not work here.
