      There's no pros for fresher. True, Literally true. let me explain briefly in cons.

      Cons

      1) 3 years bond if your break you have to pay 1.20Lacks.(serious) 2) There will be travelling. 3) Low salary 11k on hand but ctc 1.80L. 4) Increment will be only 3K per year. 5) No growth what you learn there has no value.(some non-it department make mistake here).No skill growth. 6) Work timing 9:00AM - 7:00PM (10 hours).

      If you are looking for a career growth then Accel Frontline is not suitable for you. 1. No job security 2. No salary increment 3. No employee benefits 4. Flow rate of project is high and there is no new project 5. No career growth due to lack of project 6. Worst management 7. No standard way to implement projects.
