The staff tried to address many of the major issues effecting the company through reporting to the leadership, but so far the response has been only to try "fix the backlog", which is an impossible task without fixing the systemic issues in the company. It seems there is still a strong misunderstanding of the problems the company faces amongst management, or they don't care and are just hoping to sell up as soon as they get the chance.
it's likely that there's an ongoing power struggle between the leadership at this time which may explain some of the inaction, but it doesn't look like things are going to get better anytime soon.
All the marketing glassdoor reviews are fake and were from employees forced to give good reviews by their management. Having said that, it's probably not that bad in marketing.
Steer well clear of engineering, there's no hope there.
