      Pros

      I wasn't limited to just my job description - I was able to do and learn more. Flexible regarding work from home. Nothing was demanding. I was encouraged to be curious and learn and try different ways of doing things. Good salary.

      Cons

      Some times it was an effort get the attention of senior managers when trying to implement something new.
