Pros

Friendly staff and moderate pay. Pay structure will change (negatively) if you exceed target. Don't have much PROS. See CONS.

Cons

Sales gig. No training or onboarding at all. Takes awhile to adjust to their culture, very friendly staff and open door policy. Management style is very similar to the NSA spying project and modern day slavery. I would recommend staying away and if you absolutely need a job get what you can from them (experience for your resume or whatever reason) and get out , they try to keep you busy with team building events, birthday cakes and team meetings. Don't fall for it, its a form of control.

- There are a lot of kind people who work here - The salary is within industry standards

Cons

- The entire leadership team lack any sort of accountability - Everyone burns out due to unrealistic timelines, poor budgeting and schedules at capacity - Nearly a dozen staff quit over the period of 2 months - Overtime work required on weekends without any overtime compensation - Toxic environment - No growth opportunities - Morale is incredibly low - The company lacks vision

You'll never work with a more dynamic exciting team of professionals. They are a group of honestly engaged, committed good people. They have great integrity, they inspire great work from their team.

Cons

There is no ramp up time, and you perform without any nets. You are expected to be at full performance from day one. If you get hired at this company they expect that you are already an expert at what you do. Expectations are very high, and you'll be working with a team of people who perform at a very high level.
