Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

If you like working for an uninspiring and incompetent boss who do not care about you one bit...then this is the place for you! I can't imagine working in a more toxic environment than the Accounting team. Office politics, bullying from management, workplace gossip, work drama, and micromanaging like none other. They act like high schoolers seeking to fill their need to feel powerful and they feel entitled by being rude and disrespectful toward others. That is their character. The work environment is extremely toxic. They will set you up to fail and wonder why they can't build a solid team that wants to stay long-term. Manager does not know the first thing about being a leader and managing people with different personality types. Training and development is lacking big time in this department. It seems like management lacks the basic knowledge of the job which will make you wonder if they really went to college and their level of incompetence. They just throw you into the fire to work on something that they never trained you on and expect you to just figure it out with minimal mistakes. Work/Life balance is nonexistent. Not only do they not pay you for working overtime, they give you an obscene amount of work, which makes it difficult to get it all in 40 hours. They expect you to come in there and know exactly what you’re doing right away with no real training or support. They will go through spreadsheets and not clearly explain the processes or the expectations of the job. No room for growth. They will hire someone outside of the company instead of promoting within the team. I don’t think anyone can actually succeed or grow here. Just DO NOT COME HERE! You have been warned..
