      HIPAA Violations: There are instances where they request you to arrive early without commencing payment until an hour later. You might experience mistreatment, and even if they promote you, there is no corresponding increase in pay, leaving you with no say in the matter. It's not an ideal workplace, as reaching out to HR could lead to them finding reasons to terminate your employment, and they might summon you to their office, employing a "good cop, bad cop" approach.
