Fun, fast-paced working environment - never boring! Great small team of diverse backgrounds and personalities to work with Education re-reimbursements Paid licensing opportunities Health benefits and retirement contribution Company performance bonuses that I can contribute to Flexible hours/no holiday or vacation tracking All bank holidays paid plus 8-14 days off paid at Christmas Lunch paid for once per week ((more or less) Kitchen credit (they buy you what you want for the kitchen) Paid Maternity/Paternity leave and "bring your baby to work" options Up to date technology and resources Payroll direct deposit Payroll advance No micro-management; self paced priorities with weekly supervision meetings for mentoring and support

Rotation of interns and some admin staff (like all small offices) Training can take a while if there are not as many training events since its on-demand training for admin and interns

Flexible, Close to down town, birthday lunches,diverse group of people
Cons
Very chaotic and toxic work environment Lack of respect for clients as well as other employees from management Lack of supervision No follow through on virtually anything Inappropriate comments and behavior from management Cutting corners on basically anything to do with technology, sharing phones, computers, etc Compensation is NOT competitive.
