Pros
Such a fun place to work! There’s a real sense of trust here. People are given room (and encouraged) to grow, take on new challenges, and feel supported while doing so. Leadership is super approachable and genuinely open to feedback, which makes speaking up feel easy and welcomed. The culture here is also great! There are LOTS of laughs and the vibe is very “work hard and enjoy it while doing so”.
Cons
Internal processes are still growing, so some things are more "figure it out" rather than "plug and play". With a smaller team, you also might wear a lot of hats which can feel overwhelming at times.

Pros
Communication is a big part of the IOS family. Employees are well informed of upcoming events and growth strategies. IOS management works hard to ensure that all team members feel appreciate and heard.
Cons
I would have to say just the typical inconveniences/growing pains that a company goes through when growing at such a rapid pace.
