Old technology Not bad salaries but not high

The real purpose for “Don’t work there” is to share the list of companies that should be avoided. one of these companies is Integrated Technology Group company - very bad company. - Management is very bad. -The company cares about managers. -The salaries is low compared to the market. -fake promises to the employees. Just promises without any actions. - Do not support work from home. -Cameras in every where. -work under pressure all the time. -Outdated Technologies .old technologies and tools (asp.net web forms -ado.net). - bad work environment. -dirty code and dirty system. -High Turnover rate especially Egypt Office. -9 Working hours from 8 to 5 with 1 hour break, which isn't legal because in law 8 hours must have 1 hour break, so there is no need to include the break hour of working hours and adding a break as separate hour to the working hour, so frustrating. -Medical and social insurance is the worst. Medical insurance with the lowest class and social insurance with a small amount of the salary. -They aren’t appreciating anyone or understand Employees’ capabilities. So don’t work there.
