      Pros

      The people were great and the two founders were in tune with employees when I first started. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      HR is a complete, catty joke. Lots of people not wanting you to do well, and some toxic upper management was brought in from other companies that changed the once family like culture. There are some lifers who will never leave and make a decent career, but the product suite is meaningless once you move onto real tech companies in Boston.

      Pros

      I can't think of any as I said total bottom feeders no real business of thier own.

      Cons

      They don't have any real business outiside of the north east. They are just bottom feeders who live off of scraps that their vendor partners throw them.

      Pros

      IPC is a fast paced, growing organization that has a solid company culture.

      Cons

      There is a lack of formalized processes that are hurting the company. Specifically, the separation process was extremely painful. While I left voluntarily and gave the appropriate notice, I was only paid 1 of the 2 weeks for my notice and lost healthcare coverage immediately. Even after asking to work the additional time to receive coverage for my children, I was denied pay and healthcare coverage for my family.
