      Work with some great people

      Cons

      Superintendent has no idea what's going on. CFO is toxic and enjoys the drama she causes. Benefits are garbage 3% match, 6 days off a year. Can't take a day off until after 2 months of work and if you do they automatically take it out. Raises are less then the cost of living.

      School/teachers/support staff are awesome, but IES (HR company) is not so nice, but getting better

      Pros

      A few good people work at IES; they are the HR company for the school I work for. IES manages payroll, contracts, employment, etc.

      Cons

      The main HR person is a nightmare to work with. However, several of the HR people "below" her are very very nice and helpful. They sent out our contracts right before 4th of July weekend; they were due July 7th! Don't they realize people are on vacation?
