Pros

I’ve been with the company for many years, and during that time I’ve been able to grow my career by moving through different roles. Career progression is encouraged, and if you’re willing to put in the effort, there are real opportunities to develop and move forward. One of the things I value most is the variety of cybersecurity expertise across the company. Integrity360 brings together people from many different areas of cyber security, which makes it a great place to learn. If you’re motivated and open to learning new things, you can easily branch into different cybersecurity paths and build a broader skill set over time. Overall, it’s a solid place to grow a long-term career in cybersecurity, especially if you enjoy learning, collaboration, and being surrounded by knowledgeable people.

Cons

Like most growing companies in cyber security, things can move fast and be demanding at times, but that also keeps the work interesting and challenging.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at this company as an financial accountant. The organisation places a strong emphasis on professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement, which makes it a great environment to grow both technically and personally. The finance team is supportive and collaborative, with clear processes and a willingness to share knowledge. Management is approachable and values accuracy, accountability, and constructive feedback, which helps create a culture of trust and high standards. I’ve consistently felt that my work is appreciated and that my input is taken seriously. The company also encourages learning and development, giving employees the opportunity to broaden their skills and take on new responsibilities. While the work can be challenging at times, it is engaging and rewarding, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments. Overall, it’s a well run organisation with a positive workplace culture, and I would recommend it to accountants looking for a stable, professional, and supportive environment.

Cons

Regularly buys new companies which can create extra workload
