      An ambitious brand that are actively seeking growth.

      Cons

      Complete lack of; Leadership Empathy Support for Employees Financial recompense / pay reviews Progression The UK branches are built from an amalgamation of several other businesses and with this has come a clique mentality and former directors / executives who are now middle managers but fail to understand their new position and in no way shape or form like to be told "No" or a challenge to their "way of doing things".

      Long list of great clients Generally helpful colleagues with really good product knowledge Genuinely provide a reputable service as far as the client is concerned

      Cons

      Awful culture of "we've always done it this way" Old school approach and directors would rather let management issues carry on than rock the boat. Zero investment in benefits for staff, other than staff discount on insurance which isn't competitive anyway.
