Team is friendly and knowledge. Some good benefits. Working from home.

Cons

It feels reactive that proactive. Top management keeps changing their mind. It can get hectic at times. Some redundancies across multiple departments.

They build some good products in a very niche market

Cons

- Terrible benefits - they recently became ungodly expensive - No severance package is offered to those let go - Terrible place for women to work - cultural challenges and lack of respect for family - makes you an easy target - Lack of upward potential and growth - If you are on a bonus structure, your Key Performance Objectives are likely not going to be based in any sort of reality or something can be achieved Advice if you are seeking employment here - GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and ask lots of questions.
