Pros
Coworkers are pleasant and understand and stick up for each other. You can get away with a lot since there is no management at all.
Cons
The owner has to be the craziest dude on this planet. He is more concerned at controlling employees like they are puppets then running a successful business. He uses a cell phone detector to tell if anyone has a cell phone on them. He has no real ethical business practice. He doesn't know how to manage people at all. His ideas change every day and you get looked down on no matter which way you do something. He always complains previous employees screwed him and were way overpaid when they made him a ridiculous amount of money that he is ungrateful for.
