Career development and opportunities to prove yourself are everywhere you look, and the caliber of people that work with you is extraordinary, they are all very willing to help you no matter what is needed. Company culture is fantastic too with monthly trips & events to encourage staff to become friends and not just colleagues- what’s more is that they put real effort into planning so it’s not just nights on the town but real experiences. Management are very friendly and will stop to say hello and ask how your day has been, this is golden considering how obviously busy they are all the time. They really do offer the perfect work/life balance and still get you to where you need to be in your career.
