The earlier management was good. Current employer is throwing money on employees withoutchecking skill set so new joinees can benefit as the CEO n Owner have limitedknowledge of MS D365 skills

Cons

Current Management esp CEO and Owner are more like corporate mafias. Due to their recent internal issue all employees had to suffer emotionally and financially. Better to stay away from the company.

day shift and 5 days work culture

Many.....however the worst is HR management and Accounts team when it comes to salary disbursement along with Tax Deductions. Gives you an impression that the Company is running a scam bigger then Harshad Mehta.

Good learning opportunities and to grow Flexible working hours prior to covid

I joined as a fresher and package provide was below standard. During covid pandemic salary was never on time and we could not manage the expenses and the management had blocked the variables. HR is big fraud and always gives wrong updates and blames the Management for delay. Salary slips are not provided. My last working day was October but have not received my FnF salary. We were treated like labourers and not like software professional
