Inter-Co has many benefits i have found since beginning working here. 1. The culture is something that is taken seriously and is driven by not only the owners but everyone else in the company. It is something that is focused on and I can confidently say it is a positive environment that has a great impact on my day to day. 2. The opportunities at Inter-Co are very clear from the beginning. They like to promote and offer opportunities from within the company. I have seen this first hand and gives me a lot of confidence that this company does care about its employees. 3. Training at a new job is always something that I have found very daunting and overwhelming and can make the entry into a company quite stressful. This company is nothing but supportive from the highest levels of management offering there time all the way down the colleagues that you work with on a day to day basis, everyone is excited and passionate about what they do, and want to help each other succeed. Overall inter-co is like working with family. You have the owners that are involved in every branch frequently and this makes it feel as though we are not a massive company that you will be forgotten in. Everything that I have seen in the pasty 1.5-2 years has been really positive and does give me a lot of excitement for the future.
