Thank you for your response. However I strongly disagree with your point of view. There is a very healthy work-life balance in our company (perhaps because of our Dutch origin). Rarely does our team have to work overtime and if so it is more of an exception than a rule. In addition we provide unlimited holiday entitlement so you can go on holiday or take a break whenever you want. Therefore I feel your statement does not accurately describe our company.

Thank you for your review. Based on the date of your review I must conclude you've been employed with our company in 2014. Our company experienced a stellar growth in that year and to be fair it isn't for everyone to work at a fast growing company with a start-up atmosphere. We indeed give our employees a lot of responsibility. As such there are tremendous growth possibilities if you're willing to take the opportunity on board and get along for the ride. That isn't for everyone and I am sorry this environment wasn't to your liking. The company has matured and all the issues you address have been improved. We pay above average with some great secondary benefits, we have a new office, there are company drinks, company events and a great work-life balance but we still excel with people who are willing to go the extra mile.
