      Pros

      InterDyn BMI is committed to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for its customers. This is a pretty clear mandate and an excellent goal to focus on and strive for. The business and work environments allow teams to be flexible and think outside the box.

      Cons

      This is not a certain 'negative', but the low matrix organizational structure can be challenging to certain work styles and personalities.

      Pros

      InterDyn BMI is like having a big happy family to work with and we work together to solve issues / promote one another. We pride ourselves on fixing clients needs and we get to work with numerous clients solving issues for them which makes each day a rewarding one.

      Cons

      Certain times of the year (Year end and first month of new year) things become almost overwhelming. The good news is, we work as a team and we all make it through.

      Great team of colleague to work and collaborate with. Great challenging projects to keep you on learning and growth path both professional and personal.

      Cons

      Fast growth and expansion make team building more challenging for new employees and old. Regional offices need to interact more nationally to create more uniform company-wide relationship.
