There are some amazing people with hearts of gold trying to serve their customers.
Cons
Private Equity firm only cares about EBITDA. Customers and employees are clearly secondary. Current "executive leadership" does not understand the opportunity, technical landscape, customer's needs, or how to win... they only focus on how not to lose. The leadership RIFed some of the best resources in the company who were instrumental to our success. Now, we have no front-door, have lost much of our credibility, and those who left will go work for our competitors making them better than us.
