      Worst company I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Thanks to their partnership with IPG, they were able to get some big clients like Coca Cola and some big automobile brands considering IPG's global experience of working with big ticket clients like BMW.

      Cons

      The level and grade of office politics you would experience here is just pathetic. They slander about their own colleagues in front of clients. The juniors will gang up against their managers and go to the executive leadership with can be easily misled. Those employees who don't do anything, cannot make a slide of a deck, spend half of their day in the smoking zone but have survived her for a few years are the only ones who grow. If you are a performer and have good knowledge, they will gang up against you and make you leave the company. Worst case, they will mislead the management to fire you. I have seen several such cases.

      Cons

      If you really want to ruin your career then only join IA. People shout & slang on the floor. No training no upskilling, just for the whole life in a very old fashion way you need to work on excel. Clients as well slang on zoom call near everyone. Before joining I am very excited as IA is in Digital since long but as I entered I saw a pathetic world. No leadership at all. You will be made to work on weekends and late evenings. NO Work life banlance. If you really want to taste a typical Lala company then only join here.

      Nothing great in this company.

      Cons

      The office politics and work environment ruins everything. Many employees even consume drugs in the office. The management is fine with whatever you do as long as you are not performing and are subservient to them. If you perform, you are a risk to them, since the management does not like working. Hence anyone who performs irritates them and they find them as a threat!
