Very nice environment to work for with loads of prospect.

Cons

It starts to get bad when management brings in people who they are related to on teams. They need to bring more people in their decision making as there are so many people with so much potential there. Bonus is terrible!

You will get a good experience. Go there just to get your experience and move after 1-2 years. If you value yourself and your mental health, consider leaving the company after 2 years maximum.

Cons

1. They had the audacity to fire a pregnant lady (3 years+ working there) in 2022, now imagine what they will do to you. 2. HR is so toxic that they will work in management's favor only. No employee welfare whatsoever (remember they fired a pregnant woman). 3. You will work tirelessly, promising you salary increase and promotions, which is a lie. 4. Most of the good employees already left.
