Pros

Well oiled capital raising machine

Cons

Some of the worst characters I’ve ever come across in my life. Felt like being in high school, everyone is talking behind each other’s back. Not sure why they hire INTL’s because essentially it’s a British boys club and if you’re not one of them, you will have a hard time there. Don’t get too attached to your colleagues, frequent hiring, and firing is on the menu.

Pros

dealflow is good, fundraising is quite easy

Cons

culture: people aren't straightforward to straight out lying; very british culture, hard for internationals to fit in, heavy drinking culture mentorship: line manager leadership is generally bad, personal development is not sought after, you're boxed into your task and that's it
