Pros

Salary is competative compared to other MH centers in the area. Work hours can be flexible depending on the program you work for. Much opportunity for trainings and CEUs.

Cons

Management has a difficult time letting go of employees who create a negative work environment for others and who completed very minimal workload. This highly decreased the morale. Unfortunately while working there the company lost a handful of great employees due to poor management. Were decreasing incentives including free supervised hours for licensure. Seems to be a large focus on profit which at times overshadowed quality of care.

Pros

Able to have some impact on helping the kids being served. You will work closely with people, making friendships that will remain after you leave

Cons

Poor management. They make poor decisions that ultimately effect the children with no imput from direct care. No payscale and no pay raises other then a couple small ones my first few years., which one i think was a stipend. Shortage of staff which causes many people to burn out and quit. Ask others around Helena that have worked at . Intermountain and you will find it hard to hear postitve comments from them.

Pros

The other employees are great and do their best to keep things running smoothly even when management makes it difficult. The hours are very flexible.

Cons

No training - new hires are basically expected to figure things out on their own Constant changing of policies that leads to confusion and disorganization Poor pay scales and no raises
