      Run Away as Fast as you can

      Pros

      There really are none, this is a terrible place to work with high turnover. I got out quickly as soon as I realized what was going on. So thankful I am no longer a part of this scam company.

      Cons

      Working for a scam artist like Sam Riemer is something that I would never wish on my worst enemy. This company cold calls people with an auto-dialer trying to come off as if they were Google. They hook innocent small business owners who don't know any better into contracts and do nothing to improve business rankings. Don't know how this guy sleeps at night stealing people's money. All the other reviews on glass door are fake.

      they provide good service to customers

      Cons

      Its a hard core call center. Cold calls and getting hung up on all day for 10 bucks an hour. Its not a complete nightmare if you are used to cold calling. Plus they obviously wrote all of their own glass door reviews because they were all written on the same day. Kinda sketchy.

      Accommodating and flexible

      Pros

      The coworkers are great, and my manager is fantastic. She's been more than accommodating of my unique situation (health issues, mostly). Management is receptive to my ideas and I am taken seriously in my role. I really have no complaints about what I do--I work hard and feel that I am recognized for it.

      Cons

      I do feel that if you're not in sales, it's tougher to get ahead. However, I have been treated with respect and as mentioned above, I have been able to pursue the things I want to pursue. There are no health benefits, either, which is really a downside.

      We are always working on growing each department of our business and hope to provide all of our long time employees with ample opportunity for growth in the way of moving up in our company. We enjoy hearing all of our employees thoughts and ideas and consistently work with our employees to make the right decisions and moves for Internet Local Listings. We are looking to provide health benefits in the very near future. We have grown substantially in the last year and have been looking into numerous health care providers in order to make the best choice for our employees and the company - So stay tuned!
