Pros

Nice building ample parking Great location

Cons

Hostile. Mean environment; you feel it in the air. Attempts to make helpful positive suggestions met with hostility, meanness, and rudeness. People disappear and no reason is given; leads to a feeling hanging in the air - employees are "cowed" and scared because they can't predict what management will do one day to the next. Complete nepotism here; it is family owned and run and if you are outside of the family even if things go well for a while, there is a time limit or "expiration date" on it - and the employees know it. Very poor diversity-wise.

Pros

The pay and technology is better than other companies in the area.

Cons

The management was Schizophrenic, the leadership was completely disconnected from what was actually happening around them, and all attempts to alert upper management resulted in immediate and aggressive hostile action from middle management while HR looked on. HR would openly tell people that the personnel issues they brought up were political and not to pursue it, even if the issues brought up were entirely legitimate and severe enough to warrant immediate rectification. Severe bullying and verbal abuse by middle management was known and allowed. Interop was the poster child for nepotism, and pretty much exemplified why it's such a terrible idea.

People disappear off the payroll for unexplained or unacceptable reasons
