      Interos: A once-unicorn that chewed its own leg off to survive

      Pros

      Working with a lot of incredibly talented people who all head their heads screwed on right. Working in a very interesting industry. Getting to spend some time working on latest-and-greatest possibilities.

      Cons

      It was hard to get ML work actually integrated into customer-facing features. Often we didn't have much support from Product. A ton of layoffs including most of ML and a lot of the other devs kneecapped present and future ML efforts, but it was either that or fold as a company I guess!

      As a supply chain tech company, Interos is dedicated to helping companies manage their supply chain risk. So lots of opportunities to grow and the pay is good. Top-notch benefits.

      Resources can be managed better.
