    Never one day the same Always something to do or to get done Flexible Friendly team Modern offices

    Cons

    Senior Management don't seem to listen Very hierarchical - not much appetite for individuals to use their own initiative when completing a piece of work Be prepared to work independently (even if placed into a team) Culture of blame - it's always someone else's fault or problem Unrealistic workload - means projects are usually behind and are usually thrown over the line to get them completed
