Don't Work for Intersoft KK / David Rakhit

If you are unemployed, unable to collect social benefits/support or otherwise desperate, David Rakhit will want to employ you so as to exploit you.

Cons

As a permanent employee involved with recruitment at Intersoft KK's Tokyo HQ, I had a unique view of David Rakhit up close and personal. There was an unbelievable amount of bad faith on display. Honestly, it is surprising to me that this company is still able to function. He was in a constant, desperate battle with creditors and clients. Non-payment is his business model.

Good place for skill-up during short term. If you want to start your career, this is good place for get experience and skill up. There is no limit for what you are doing but you have to follow CEO's instruction.

Cons

CEO changes his idea for business very often. There is no HR manager and all the decision, evaluation is one-way depend on CEO's mood.
