Small business with a decent location in Austin that never misses payroll.

Cons

Micro-management, Treats everyone like a rookie., Hot tempered CEO with a different vision than most., CEO knows best mentality - willing to listen but not easy to convince once he has made a decision.

-Free Food -A small self-motivated team

Cons

- No periodic reviews - One man trying to run the entire show. Seems blind leading other blinds at the company. - Can't speak for yourself or for others. There is always a fear of being fired. - No Professional Development - No Planning. Adhoc tasks. Sudden surprises.

I am sorry that your experience did not match our intention to be an organization that constantly provides feedback to team members, and creates opportunities and avenues for Professional Development. Periodic reviews are a great idea, and we have already taken steps to incorporate them. I think you make a great point about giving team members the authority to drive. I am disappointed to hear that you felt disrespected and/or unheard. We thrive on transparency and I would encourage anyone who feels similar to use any number of the avenues that we have for confidential feedback. I am certain that we will continue to grow and be successful with constructive input from valued team members.

I can't say much that's good about the company except for some of the people who are still there are skilled people who care and they deserve better.

Cons

I feel like I was conned. It felt like a scam.
