Its pathetic, they dont do what they commit. they can revise your CTC also. Undergrads working TL, and MBA working as trainee with 5-6 k salary. Its been 2 yrs they hv not provided my PF said, it has been misplaced somewhere by PF ofc or by HR, Neither they provided my incentives where I have given min 25 joinees to them. They handed over me cheque of Rs. 287 /- as an incentive, and I denied there itself gave back to them. When I was serving Notice Period, I went on planned leave of 2 days, meanwhile they have removed my PST, crashed all my data before I comeback, as I was having all the proofs in my sys. Then HR was misusing the language with loud voice and said u cant use the system, co owner ne bola he. The hell of policies and structure they have, its not reputed at all.

I was an employee once. They dont even answer your call. They are real bad azz. I wanted to give 0 star however, theres no option. Pay is not given on time. They still owe me some money
