Thank you for your review. Throughout all of the economic turns of the past 40+ years, Intra has always been able to stay ahead of the curve, whether it is with new technologies or sound business strategy. It is difficult to do so, especially here in Michigan where we are all tied so closely to the automotive industry. But over the last two years, we have made strides in expanding out of the "traditional automotive" sector (although we are still very busy with work in that field), so we are on a good track for now and into the foreseeable future.

Thank you for the review. As a family-owned company for over 40 years, everyone realizes that there is a work-life balance, and management always allows for time and energy to be allocated to those times when "real life" needs your extra attention. All levels of management have an open-door policy, so if you or anyone else has an issue regarding work hours, rate, etc., you can always talk to someone about your concerns. The last two years in particular have been difficult on everyone, at work and in their personal lives. But with open communication, most, if not all issues can be resolved.
