Pros
Very rarely do you have he opportunity to work with truly good people. From Troy and Arkady, to my outstanding and brilliant co-workers down to office administration, they are just such good people to work with. Every decision they've made always had my best interest at heart, not profit, and that's a constant theme here. This company really cares about you and your family more than what you can do for the bottom line. And if you want to work on the latest and greatest, with some of the brightest people you'll ever meet, this is your place. What I liked about the actual work is that it's so collaborative. I've made suggestions on many occasions that were adopted and implemented. You're treated as a real team member and not just a billable body. If you have an opportunity to work at Intricity, just do it.
Cons
Everybody is so busy that sometimes you feel you're working in a silo. It's not from not caring, but because everybody here carries their load and then some. This is not the place to work if you're lazy.
