      Pros

      Employee's are treated really well, there is opportunity to explore lots of different technical problems and focus on working on the things that interest you. The company is very keen on employee development so there are plenty of chances to develop new skills. The work environment is very flexible, management are keen to promote a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      Not really a con but due to the flexible nature of the company the job requires a lot of independent work, if that's not something you're used to it could be a struggle.

      Pros

      Invenia takes great care of its staff, the People Operations team ensure we have everything we need to perform optimally. When working in the office, everyone has lunch together and conversations have always been enjoyable. The work environment is simultaneously focused and relaxed.

      Cons

      Since Invenia is tackling complex problems, it can be a challenge to keep up with so many new concepts. Having said this, everyone on the team is a clear communicator and always willing to help explain things.
