      The leadership lied about all the good things

      Pros

      I joined invenioLSI because the management promised a flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      But it turns out that that was just a lie. In fact, every good thing that the leadership promised me during onboarding was just a lie. The salary is far from "great", and opportunities for advancement aren't as available as the managers made it seem. The management is also horrible at communicating with the employees.

      Poor leadership, everything here is terrible

      The remote work setup is the only reason employees still stay with invenioLSI

      Cons

      InvenioLSI has a poor and ineffective leadership, which is why everything here is terrible and awful. The work environment is exhausting despite the remote work setup because of the role creep and unrealistic demands from the management. The poor pay and disappointing benefits are also part of the problem of working here.

      Awful Managers Push You to Obey All Commands

      Pros

      The timings were somewhat flexible, which allowed me to pay attention to my family's needs when they required my help.

      Cons

      The managers were awful people. They assigned random tasks to random people without thinking about it. As a result, most of us were doing things we weren't supposed to and stressing about it. The random tasks also meant we had to work brutal and exhausting hours to complete our job. It meant a poor work-life balance. I wish the upper management saw the problem and fixed it.
