Pros

A fun, dynamic and busy environment that offers a lot to learn, gain hands on experience and accomplish things even for junior employees A smart, energetic and qualified team of individuals creating a college like workplace Management is open to communication and they help and encourage all employees to improve themselves through online courses, in-house trainings and highly constructive yearly performance reviews Responsibilities are well distributed among all employees so no slacking off and not learning anything Chance to work together with many big clients from different sectors Many social events and activities

Cons

The agile nature of the job may lead to flexible working hours

Pros

You learn a lot, all your efforts easily effect the company revenue. Within a few months of contribution you can see the results of your hard work. Heads, leaders and directors trust workers a lot. Therefore you can actually create value once you show your enthusiasm.

Cons

You have to be asking for everything. Even if the company appreciates your efforts, rewards and promotions are usually only for those who ask for them. You have to be confident enough about your work. There are no mid-level managers therefore you actually have to go to the company VP's or Directors for feedback. Since they don't actually observe your daily efforts and minor obstacles, they may act blind-sighted to some of your daily troubles.
