Pros
FANTASTIC technical team. They work with you, and ensure you understand concept beyond customer delivery. I have learned an immense amount over the past 3 years. I suggested probably 4-5 QoL improvements myself since working at Invero. They were all taken up by management, and 3 of them were implemented, which shows actionability.
Cons
If you are willing to learn, the extent to which you can immerse yourself in Invero's clients are deep. That being said, managing deadlines with self-learn was tough for me, which resulted in more hours spent in my professional life than the typical 40h/week.
