      poor environment for any level of candidate

      none as this place is going down hill rapidly as none of the senior management has any concern with regard to competes until the contract is coming to an end

      ethics and ongoing support to current and potential candidates. slide deck capability with little benefit to the real customer base.

      Pros

      There are a few pockets of engineering and analytical talent, at the high level they are perceived as replaceable.

      Cons

      Management will say anything, to try and mask the retention and death march issues. Their eyes are only on the next larger contract totally ignoring everything falling apart behind them. They just want butts in chairs.
