Get to do whatever you please!

Cons

Not enough people that have what it takes to make the company grow. A high school atmosphere that is very unprofessional that is touted as a positive within the company. Very immature workplace that lacks vision, direction, and accountability. Also, very low pay. Let me put it blunt, no one really cares about anything in this company.

Management is helpful and understanding. There is room for growth. Family type of culture. Easy to communicate with upper management and other departments. Good Work/Life Balance

Cons

Company is Fragile. Layoffs can happen unexpectedly.

Pros

Management is understanding. It is a very flexible place to work and they understand you have a life outside of work. Diverse workplace. Awesome company events. Co-workers are friendly. It is not a stuffy or uptight place to work and people genuinely care about you. It is like a family.

Cons

Changes happen quickly. Growing pains when adapting to new markets. There is a lack of transparency with the bonus structure. Lack of clear structure for growth for most roles in the company.
