Pros

I don't think there is some positive about this company.

Cons

- Micro-micro management - If you want to waste your life and valuable time you can join - No work - life balance - No appraisal - you need to beg for 5-6% - Worst Management - Many managers and less employee who work actually - Worst culture to work - No longer breaks, washroom break will also count in your 1 hour break - False promises of promotion - No learning - Working on old technologies - No value compensation - Hire and Fire. There is no secured job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME HERE.

Pros

There are no Pros. Don't join this company, even if it is the last one. It will spoil your career. People join in excited and with a lot of energy, but they come out exhausted and frustrated. Do yourself a favor, give some more time, and find a better job.

Cons

Frequent and inconsistent changes to HR policies Incompetent leadership Regular salary cuts and sudden, same-day layoffs Excessive micromanagement Poor work-life balance

Cons

The company overall is good, with excellent departments and helpful, understanding people. However, working with the HR Director has been a challenging experience. She lacks HR expertise and often micromanages employees excessively, including through camera surveillance. Her behavior is problematic; she does not respect anyone, from interns to senior leaders, and tends to fire those who don’t comply with her directives. She frequently blames HR for issues and displays a pattern of flipping between various roles, including her HR Director position and work in a school.

Thanks for sharing your concerns. For someone without a lot of experience, giving business advice to a company about closing HR department is not appropriate. At Invince we value professional approach to work as everyone's work impacts our customers and other employees. We are sorry we are unable to provide an environment where there is no accountability and we are sorry we are unable to entertain employees who do not want to own their own areas of improvement. We will continue to look for the right HR people and cases like yours have made us improve our hiring and screening processes. We do not have room for anyone who is not true to their own job and are not willing to learn as well. While we regret losing employees but we will never feel bad in letting go of someone undeserving of Invince workplace. Our HR director seeks excellence in HR work and we are aware that not everyone is built to deliver on that. Best improvement comes on introspection and not by blaming everyone else around you.
