      People who were here before say it used to be a good company, but nowadays it isn’t.

      Good benefits, industry-average salaries, and remote work.

      Cons

      However, the workload is excessive, and the leaders are unprepared in every way, in addition to not fitting the company culture. Favouritism is rampant—only the friends and family of certain leaders thrive within the organisation. Fear of retaliation has led to a complete lack of honest feedback; nowadays, everything boils down to fake smiles and forced compliments to stay in the bosses’ good graces. The company’s culture has plummeted in recent years. Ironically, they used to win GPTW and would constantly show them off to attract new talent. Now, knowing they wouldn’t win anything, they don’t even participate.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, good compensation and fully remote.

      Cons

      Micro management is a problem, we have big company process and rules with the size of a small/medium company, sometimes innovation can be slow or non existent. (This applies on the R&D area only, cant speak for other areas).
