      safety, one man management, no system. people turnover (management) is very high.

      Good benefits. Pay is alright, would be good if you could make more than a 1 percent bonus.

      Canadian management cares about appearance on paper, not what we actually do. The place is hot as hell, the equipment is picked out by some one who doesn't know what he's doing so it's all mixmatch flavor of the week. No one shows you how to run it because it shows up and your expected to just know it. You tell our customers we make the best but that's a lie, half the stuff is thin
