A company that subscribes to core values that sound great but are never adopted. Upper management doing a lot of micro management and lacking leadership skills. Once working there you realize that what you get is not what you signed up for. Upper management is close only to a few other people and the rest are numbers.

- A lot of politics going on in the company. Most of the time, I felt like being manipulated or deliberately withheld information. - Managers don't value efforts of developers. Their feedbacks are not constructive, rather interrogative. - No Quality Assurance pipeline. The code you write most of the time will not be tested by some person. Instead, it is just going to be released and, if you did a mistake, people will see it after a long time. When they see, the feedback you will get might not be friendly. - It is OK for some people in the management to talk to employees with bad language.
