Pros
The team and product are great. IronKey was a fast paced, fun place to work, with a lot of high caliber people.
Cons
The company lost some momentum, and split into two. The Imation acquisition was miserable for all who went with that, as Imation had no idea what they would do with the new business unit that they created.

Company has very friendly working environment. You can purchase snacks from vending machine for a quarter. Company helds various socials during the year - very nice.
Cons
Company senior management changed and whole product line affect.
