Pros
I've never worked anywhere that felt so much like a family. I've yet to find anyone that doesn't absolutely live the values. All of my colleagues genuinely care about the product, the customer base and the development of the organisation, and everyone wants to help each other succeed. The product itself is great, the ethos and approach that Kandji has created within the device management space is really refreshing. My personal values align so well with the way the product is designed and developed, where features are well thought-out and user experience is thoroughly considered. Management have always been open and transparent, and I genuinely feel like my opinions are valued within the org.
