9moThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the people you worked with and the opportunities to learn within the Atlassian ecosystem. Those are areas we continue to take pride in as a company.
We also want to acknowledge the challenges you’ve raised. Like many businesses in a difficult market, we’ve had to make some very tough decisions over the past year. We recognize the impact that layoffs have on our team members and our culture, and we don’t take those decisions lightly. While “people first” remains a core value for us, we understand how actions during times of change may feel misaligned with that message.
A healthy, growing business is what provides opportunities for everyone at Isos. This has been a core tenet at Isos since we started in 2005 and continues to be a focus for us as we navigate the uncertainty of the current economic climate.
